Pleasant real estate are over. From what I can see, the mindset of most buyers and sellers is shifting and they are once again putting their real estate transactions in proper perspective - buy a home to live in, with the hope that over time, it will also be a good long term investment. That represents a lot of hard work for many people. Let's hope speculation never runs away with the neighborhood again and that we can return to being a place where people buy houses to live in, not to profit from. Nothing else is sustainable.
